Service Return and Cancellation Conditions
1. General Information
As Leader Agency, all web design, software development and digital services we offer are carried out within the scope of a service contract. This document explains the conditions that apply to our customers' return and cancellation requests.
We recommend that you read these terms carefully before purchasing the service. Once the order is completed, you are deemed to have accepted these conditions.
2. Service Categories and Return Conditions

3. Project Cancellation Conditions
- Cancellation at the initial stage (first 48 hours): Full payment will be refunded.
- Cancellation at the design stage: A deduction is made in proportion to the work completed; The remaining amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation during development: Up to 50% refund is possible, the situation is evaluated by the project manager.
- Cancellation after delivery: Due to the nature of the digital service, no refund will be made.
- Customer-related delays: In case of non-communication exceeding 30 days, the project will be suspended and the right to refund will be waived.
4. Refund Request Process

5. Situations Excluded from the Scope of Return
- Wishing to change the design or contents approved by the customer later
- Third party service fees such as domain, hosting, SSL
- Problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
- Requests made more than 14 days after project delivery
- Delays due to force majeure (natural disaster, war, pandemic, etc.)
- Development work carried out after receiving customer approval
