Delivery and Return Policy
1. General Information
Leader Agency; is a software agency that provides services in the fields of web design, software development and digital marketing. Since the services we offer are digital, there is no physical cargo or shipment. This document covers service delivery processes and return conditions.
We recommend that you read this policy carefully before purchasing services. Once payment is made, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. Service Delivery Process

The specified times are valid based on the content and feedback provided by the customer in a timely manner. Delayed feedback or incomplete content may extend delivery time.
4. Right to Revision

5. Return Conditions
- If the project has not started (first 48 hours): Full payment will be refunded.
- If it is in the design phase: A deduction is applied in proportion to the completed work, the remaining is refunded.
- If in development: The situation is evaluated; A maximum of 50% can be refunded.
- After delivery: Due to the nature of the digital product, no refunds can be made.
- Customer delay (30+ days): Project is suspended, right to refund is lost.
6. Situations Excluded from the Scope of Return
- Wishing to change the design or contents approved by the customer later
- Third party service fees such as domain, hosting, SSL certificate
- Problems caused by missing or incorrect information from the customer
- Return requests made 14 days after delivery
- Force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, war, etc.) situations
7. Refund Application Process
